Processing Time
All orders require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment. During high‑volume periods (sales, holidays, new releases), processing may take an additional 1–2 days.
Custom or limited‑edition sets may require extra preparation time.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery time begins after your order has been processed and shipped.

Please note: These are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, customs, or carrier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Incorrect Address
Sucrylics is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at:

If the order has not shipped yet, we will update the address for you.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Sucrylics is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If your package is lost in transit (never marked delivered), we will assist you in filing a claim and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be changed or canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, the order begins processing and cannot be modified.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will replace the item or issue a refund depending on the situation.
